Environmental Impact

We farm in a way that heals the water.

A Sustainable Practice

Farm raised.
Never wild harvested.

Every clam we sell is farm raised — we don't harvest from wild populations. We plant what we harvest, so the Gulf bottom stays seeded for the next season and the next generation.

Above our bags, sea life moves and flourishes naturally. As our clams grow, they filter the surrounding water — a small, daily contribution to a healthier Gulf ecosystem.

Per Clam, Per Day

2.5 gal

of seawater filter-fed per clam

0.2 g

of nitrogen removed

Now multiply that by the millions of clams we have planted in the Gulf. Our crops don't just feed people — they restore the waters everyone enjoys.

Advocacy

From Cedar Key to Tallahassee and D.C.

We are very active in advocating for our industry at the state and national level. Our team sits on boards across Florida, fighting for the environment and for feeding the world healthy, sustainable seafood.
